dripping don’t 
open the closet door
horrors horrors
on Albany Avenue
just across the water
something
waits
with elbows on sticky tables
outside is gray
how I like it
arrangement is temporary
how I like it
red teeth I’ll see you 
after the 
party
wish everyone 
would melt down their 
goddamn pearls
and turn them to
words
that sound like the sky
