We are so excited to announce that lit's resident b*tch and previous Peach contributor Rax King has joined our team as essays editor! This is the first time we've brought on an editor totally dedicated to creative nonfiction, a genre we hope to feature more in our publications.
We first met Rax when we published her two poems "Things I can easily imagine Elon Musk doing" and "Love song for Dick Wolf" during Season 3 of Peach. We later featured her in our Season 3 Yearbook.
Rax King is the author of the collection The People's Elbow: Thirty Recitatives on Rape and Wrestling (Ursus Americanus, 2018). Her work can also be found in Electric Literature, Autostraddle, and Catapult, where she covers hot takes about the Food Network in her monthly column "Store-Bought is Fine." Follow her online @RaxKingIsDead.
Welcome, Rax!
