Tanea Hynes is an interdisciplinary lens-based artist from Labrador City, Canada. Her work explores themes of resource extraction and ways of finding joy under late-stage capitalism. Hynes is a Master of Fine Art candidate and Roloff Beny Foundation Fellow at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec. Her work is held by public and private collections in Canada and abroad.
